I was nervous shipping my rig for an RMA, but the foam inserts held the case snug with zero wiggle in the box. Everything in the kit lined up with what the warranty process asked for, which saved me a headache.
The foam inserts fit my mid-tower snugly and the outer box feels sturdy enough for a cross-country trip. Only gripe is there's no printed guide, so I had to figure out the layering myself. Still, everything arrived intact.
